Musically my earliest influence in dance music was Nic Fanciulli. I don’t have any obvious influences in my personal life.
Q: Could you share with us your journey – the good and bad experiences that have brought you to where you are today?
It’s been a really enjoyable journey. I love playing out the crowds and hearing positive reactions to my music. Early days were difficult to get gigs and exposure, but launching our own brand helped with this in the early days. One of the hardest things is dealing with rejection. It takes a lot of no’s to start seeing the positives. But it’s important to stay resiliant and keep working towards the end goal.
Q: Everyone goes through ups and downs, what’s one habit you adopt to push through the downs?
Don’t take rejection personally.
Q: What is one pro work ethic that you would recommend to the readers/listeners?
Show up, keep sending music to the labels you love, stay active.
Q: How has your music style evolved over the years?
My music style hasn’t changed a lot, but looking to the future I’d like to explore more disco sounds.
Q: If you were to venture into another music genre, which one would you choose and why?
I’m a huge fan of hip hop.

Hot Natured – benediction. Miguel Campbell – Something Special. Both of these were tracks I heard a lot In my early days of house raving.
Florence and the machine – You’ve got the Love – Mark Knight Remix –one of the tracks of my early visits to Ibiza.
Q: Can you recommend a hidden gem in your home country that would be perfect for a rave?
I live near to the Ashdown Forest in Sussex, I’d love tothrow a festival rave there one day. It’s full of beautiful, vast open space
Q: Could you tell us about your upcoming releases and plans for the year?
We have a wonderful remix of Give you up coming on Adesso Music from Carly wilford. I’ve also got a release coming in September on a brand new label The Vibe Arrived. Hopefully later this year I have more music coming on Adesso with my good friend Greg Willowe. I’m also working hard on some new music and projects/ideas for 2024.
Q: Can you share a fun fact about yourself that most of your listeners are probably unaware of?
When I was a teenager I used to produce Hip Hop beats and write lyrics to go with the tracks. My early dreams were to become a hip hop artist.
